Pedersen Group the first to use the new economical, efficient and sustainable Sennebogen 830 trailer E-series in Australia

The Pedersen Group has improved its efficiency and fuel consumption by bringing to Australia a first-of-its kind material handler from the Group’s long-standing German manufacturing partner, Sennebogen.

The Pedersen Group is part of the LINX Cargo Care Group, a diversified logistics infrastructure and solutions provider with over 4000 employees across Australia and New Zealand. The company consists of 150 employees in four locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.

“We work with globally active forestry organisations and process over 8.3 million tonnes of  fibre  on an annual basis. In order to make our services as efficient as possible, we need to maximise the potential savings in every single area of our processes,” explains Gavin Hudson, CEO of Pedersen Group.

The collaboration with the Sennebogen Group has created harmonious and efficient systems with higher efficiency levels and reduced consumption.

“In addition to delivering more for our customers, we’re also improving our environmental footprint as this material handler can reduce fuel consumption levels by up to 25 per cent,” says Gavin.

The Pedersen Group is committed, along with our wider LINX Cargo Care Group, to pursuing opportunities to leverage technological advancements that work smarter for our customers, people and local communities.

“Investing in our onsite equipment maximises savings in every single area of our processes, which ultimately means our customers receive better cost utilisation and operational performance,” said Gavin.
